Meal Packages
Our hotel/dive packages, as well as room-only rack rates, include breakfast.

Notes
- Special rates/packages for Yap Day Week (February/ March 2024).
- Special rates/packages during MantaFest Weeks (August/September 2024).
- If you like to downgrade your dive package to only two dives per day, no Nitrox, and packed lunch during dive days you can deduct $49 per dive day.
- Unless paying a 30% surcharge, we reserve the right to room singles with other singles of same-sex.
- Gear rental, departure tax, lunch (on non-diving days), dinner as well as all other incidentals are not included in the above-mentioned prices.
- A day of kayaking may be substituted for any day of diving at no extra charge.
- All rates are for packages and no refunds are available for any unused portion of a package.
- The maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 2 children.
* All hotel/dive packages include a late check-out based on the present United flight schedules. This means guests can stay in the room until we transfer them to the airport. Check-in time for the flights are dictated by the airlines and can be up to 3 hours before departure

At our resort, we offer a selection of premium scuba gear for rent, catering to divers who may have forgotten a piece of their gear, prefer not to carry it while traveling, or are looking to experience the latest in diving technology. Our dive rental inventory features MARES’ finest, including the MARES ROVER PRO BCDs, MARES Wave fins, and SMART dive computers. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance be purchased to protect travelers in the event of illness, injury, weather, or any other condition that may prevent them from taking part in prepaid services. There will be no refunds for any unused services, this includes hotel accommodations, diving, and/or land tours regardless of the reason for non-use of services.
Travel Assistance
We are happy to provide free travel assistance. We can advise the best ways to connect Yap with other islands in Micronesia. We can advise the best ways to travel to Yap from any airport in the world and some cases, we can actually sell you tickets for less than you can purchase them. Custom Packages
We specialize in personalized service for all kinds of groups, both divers and non-divers. Small groups on the dive boats, VIP gear handling services, we learn your name and treat you for what you are—a very valued customer. In line with this philosophy, we are happy to build custom packages that fit your goals and aspirations for your visit to Yap. We require a 25% deposit of the total amount due to be received by us within 30 days of booking. No reservations made within 60 days of arrival will be accepted without a credit card deposit. If a deposit is not received within 30 days of booking, your reservation may automatically be canceled without notification!
This deposit and any subsequent payments will become non-refundable 14 days before arrival in Yap. If for some reasonyou decide to cancel your trip, we must receive your notice of cancellation, in writing. Balance in full is required 60 days before arrival in Yap for all reservations. Reservation is subject to cancelation without notice should full payment not be received on time.
Refund Policy
All reservations will be refunded in full if canceled in writing 14 days before arrival in Yap. There will be no other refunds given to anyone at any time except for prepaid events, dives, and/or excursions canceled by Manta Ray Bay Resort & Yap Divers.
Limitation Of Hotel Liability
All reservations made are subject to the conditions stated herein. Manta Ray Bay Resort is not liable for strikes, Acts of God, failure of guests to vacate, or conditions beyond the control of Manta Ray Bay Resort. Manta Ray Bay reserves the right to accommodate any reservation in alternate hotels. If the published rate of the room occupied in the alternate hotel is less than Manta Ray’s published rate, then the difference between rates will be credited to the guests’ account.

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, & JCB credit cards. Your card may be used for all purchases.
GROUP POLICIES
Our Group packages are very generous and offer great opportunities for savings, or profits, to groups.

Car Rentals
Car Rentals can be arranged pre-booked or upon arrival to the hotel depending on availability. Please note that car rentals are being arranged via a 3rd party vendor. A 5% booking fee applies for car rental bookings unless paid directly to the car rental company.
Check-in & Check-out
Hotel check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
Groups & Packages
For group bookings larger than 20 pax different booking, payment, & cancellation policies may apply.
