We’re always more than happy to do something special for our friends.  This time it was Daniel and his wife Marion celebrating her 50th birthday on their recent Yap dive trip. They wanted to have a toast with everybody at the hotel and hosted a social call in the Nautical Weaver Bar. Detlef prepared a table full of appetizers while Jocie and the ladies presented everything at the helm of the Mnuw. This brought everyone together and there were conversations going in at least four languages throughout the evening. We were more than happy to make this happen for Marion and everyone had a great time. After the social gathering, we prepared a special private table with our local mangrove crab dinner served with sashimi, rice, veggies and all the trimmings. We can do this anytime, it’s easy for us and all we need is a day or two notice so we can get live crab. Detlef and his staff do this for two, or sixty people and are always happy to make your vacation special on the Mnuw.
